Through more than 15 years of collaboration with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians and Eastern Washington University, PNNL has led the management of data, including filtering and analyses to provide in-season reports on telemetry system maintenance and final detection histories of fish (bull trout and westslope cutthroat trout) at Albeni Falls Dam. This research is to further understand the movements of bull trout (ESA threatened) downstream of the dam and the bull trout's interaction with cold water refuges. These data have been analyzed over the course of this research and then have been synthesized into a manuscript that will be submitted to a peer-reviewed journal for publication.

The purpose of this contract is to finalize the publication of a manuscript; including responding to comments from the editors, completing any necessary edits to the manuscript, and then the re-submission of the manuscript for approval and final publication.
